
A native of Shreveport and longtime resident of Baton Rouge, Patsy "Pat" Bentley Moser died peacefully at the Butterfly Wing of Hospice of Baton Rouge on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010, at 8:30 p.m. She was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Moser Jr.; and parents, Miller P. Bentley Jr. and Sue Minmier Bentley. She is survived by her four children, Suzanne Moser, Kathleen Moser Sandahl, Marjorie Moser Anders and John Bentley Moser, and their spouses respectively, Bruce Bleil, Wm. Steve Sandahl, James H. Anders and Lisa Rustemeyer; 10 grandchildren, Kendahl Moser-Bleil, Tristan Moser-Bleil, Reid Moser-Bleil, Allyson Sandahl Sadler and spouse Howard Sadler, Melanie Sandahl, Jason Sandahl, Michael Anders, Lindsay Anders, Casey Moser and Everett Moser; a great-grandchild, Camden Sadler; and niece Debbie Sartwell. She was a graduate of the Class of 1949 at LSU. She was an active member of her church, First United Methodist Church, and a member of Kappa Delta and Junior League of Baton Rouge. At her request, private graveside services will be held at a later date.
