

A native of Cheneyville, Louisiana, Patsy built a beautiful life rooted in faith, family, and compassion. A devoted Catholic, she lived her life through kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for others. She cherished her family above all else and was a constant source of strength, encouragement, and grace.
She is survived by her children, Robert Charles Stevens; Brenda Stevens Catalanatto; and John Joseph Stevens and wife, Raylyn. She was a proud grandmother to Brandi Clay (Michael), Michelle Catalanatto (Will), Jenny Donahoe (Matthew), Caroline Francis (Chris), Lauren Keating (Sean), and Grant Stevens (Sophia), and a loving great-grandmother to Mikey, Patrick, James, and Alexander Clay, and Harrison, Henry, Benjamin, and Beau Donahoe. She also leaves behind many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Van Joseph Stevens; her daughter-in-law, Gwen Stevens; her parents, Nicholas and Josephine Parrino; her brothers Peter, Sam, Carlo, Tony, Joseph, Morris, and Nicholas Jr.; and her sisters Bessie, Josie, Mary, Marie, and Lucille.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Mercy. A Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 a.m., followed by interment at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the LSU Food Pantry or a charity of your choice.
