

Paul Francis Branagan Sr., a native of Somerville and Abington, MA. and a current resident of Denham Springs, LA., passed away on February 24, 2019 at the age of 71. Mr. Branagan was born on May 13, 1947 to Donald A. and Evelyn Branagan.
He was a graduate of Suffolk University and served in the United States Army. He was an accountant for Com/Energy (Eversource) until retirement. Mr. Branagan was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denham Springs, LA.
He is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 49 years, Eileen Fitzgerald Branagan; two sons, Paul F. Branagan Jr. of Quincy, MA., Eddie Branagan and wife Elizabeth of Denham Springs, LA; two grand-daughters, Keneddie Anne Branagan (Little Peach) and Kylie Lauren Branagan (Sugar Plum); one sister, Evelyn Wall and husband Jack of Chelsea, MA.; loving cousins, nieces, nephews and special friend, Patricia Wyatt and her son Christopher.
Preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Donald A. Branagan Jr. and wife Betty and one sister-in- law, Diane L. Fitzgerald (Auntie).
Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA., on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 from 9:30am-11:30am. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 865 Hatchell Ln. Denham Springs, LA., at 12:00pm. Interment will conclude at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
