Phillip was an amazing man. His Faith in GOD and his truth for life was an enormous part of his hope for humanity in GOD’s world. He was born of Marvin and Genelle Bell in Hattiesburg Mississippi and was the oldest of five children, Barry, Angie and Darryl Bell were his younger siblings. His professional life included being a part of Bell Contractors in Hattiesburg for thirty eight years, the owner of Phillip Bell Contractor for one year and he pursued and succeeded in eight years with an Associate Degree in Drafting Design from Jones Junior College, Bachelor in Architectural Engineering from University of Southern Mississippi, and his Masters in Construction Management from Western Carolina University Wascahegee, North Carolina. Completing his goals during those eight years included using those skills in the field of educating young people in the field of construction on the junior college level. He was the owner and administrator of Country Boy Brand Corn Products in Greenwell Springs, LA.
