

Rachel Thibodeaux (Turner), 54, of Eagle Bend, Mississippi, passed away on September 1, 2024. Born on April 11, 1970, in Pride Port Hudson, Louisiana, she was a cherished daughter, wife, mother, and friend.
Rachel was known for her generous spirit and charismatic nature. An avid lover of the outdoors, she cherished her time spent fishing on the water with her husband, Stan Thibodeaux, who was the love of her life. Rachel's resilience and ability to face life's challenges with strength and grace touched all who knew her. Her last years were joyously spent surrounded by the love and support of her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Peter David Turner and Darlene Mae Ficklin. Rachel is survived by her husband, Stan; children, Laken Lynn Messina (Travis), Hannah Katherine Boudreaux (Kade), and Landon Ray Blackwell; stepchildren, Charlotte Bossier Schexnayder (Chris), Devin Ray Thibodeaux (Nancy), John Anthony Thibodeaux (Amy), Danielle Thibodeaux Miller (Trey), and Mary Kaitlyn Thibodeaux (Colby Creighton); along with grandchildren, Mckenzie and Mason Messina, Levi Hatten, Sadie, Reily, Kade, Jase, Tucker, and Reese Thibodeaux, and Kaylee, Jaxen, and Ellie Kate Creighton; sister, Melissa Turner; brothers, Keith Turner and Kyung Turner.
A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, September 21,2024 from 10am to 12pm at Greeneoaks Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 9595 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70815
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Rachel's name to your favorite charity, honoring her life and legacy. Rachel's light and love will be deeply missed, but forever remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know her.
