Reginald E. “Reggie” Yelverton, a retiree of BREC, passed away peacefully at his home in Prairieville, LA on August 20, 2011. He was preceded in death by his son Mark Yelverton. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Doris Yelverton; children: Steve and Anita Ducote, Rhonda Yelverton, Paul Yelverton, and Terri Lessard. He is also survived by 9 precious grandchildren and 10 very precious great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Monday August 22, 2011 from 6pm until 9pm and continuing on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 from 9am until time of services at 10am. Interment will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center.
