A self-employed local businessman, he died Wednesday evening, July 4, 2007, in Baton Rouge. He was 48, a native of Waynesville, N.C., grew up in Santa Maria, Calif., and was a resident of Baton Rouge. He is survived by his wife, Tracey Allen Banks, Lock Haven, Pa.,; mother, Gail Banks, Yuma, Ariz.; two sisters, Debbie Frisby and husband Larry of Sacramento, Calif., and Shelly Proctor and husband Bill of Roseburg, Ore.; brother, Roger Banks, and special friend, Jana Gatling, Sacramento; stepdaughter, Morgan Vosberg; stepson, Nicholas Vosberg; and stepgrandson, Blake, all of Baton Rouge.
