Richard Carroll Sigrest

Richard Carroll Sigrest, a resident of Frost, Louisiana and former resident of Bogalusa, Louisiana passed away on January 12, 2017 at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Walker, Louisiana. He was 67 years old.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Janeth Sigrest; daughter, April Lynn Sigrest; brother, Dudley James Sigrest and wife Alma Sigrest and son, James Sigrest; Ex-wife, Connie Sigrest and children, Natasha, Corral, and Kelsey, along with great nephew and niece; brother, Billy Wayne Sigrest and children, Jason and wife Marcie along with their children, Tyler, Joslynn, Janae, Madison, and Jassie; Jamie , wife Megan along with their children Kailey, Landon, and Collin; Jessica and Ben Winterton and their children, Abby, Elijah, and Jodi; brother-in-law, Glavin Lear, wife Dottie Lear, and children with late wife Helen Lear; Michelle; Thelya, husband Brandon, and their son Weylon; Tonya and her children, Nicole, husband Patrick and their son, JP; Victoria, and Jaclyn; Aaron, wife Hailey and daughter Hudson.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James Le Roy and Gladys Sumrall Sigrest; a brother, Edward Le Roy Sigrest; and a sister, Helen Sigrest Lear.

Visitation hours will be observed on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 from 10am until a Funeral Service at 12pm. Interment to follow on the grounds of Greenoaks Memorial Park.
