Robert Randall Roche

Robert Randall Roche "Randy" passed away peacefully in Baton Rouge, LA on August 29, 2017. He was born on July 16, 1949 to Morton and Irma "Dip" Roche in Bogalusa, LA. Randy was a "fixture" at the Louisiana Capitol, having served as the attorney on the House of Retirement Committee under Representative V.J. Bella. He also served as the attorney for Municipal Police Employees' Retirement System, Firefighter's Retirement System, Harbor Police Retirement System, Registrars of Voters Employees' Retirement System, Sheriff's Pension & Relief Fund and Louisiana School Employees Retirement System. Randy is preceded in death by his parents, Morton and Dip Roche, daughter, Angelique Lucille, son, Colin Randall, and his Sweet Gabby. He leaves behind his wife of 43 years Diane Pye Roche, daughter Claire Roche Bullock (Jason Bullock) and daughter Carrie Roche Driver (Joe Driver). Grandchildren: Penelope Bullock, Sydney and Lillian Driver and numerous nieces and nephews. Randy will be missed for his intelligence and love of reading, good cooking, and love for his family time. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 10:00 a.m to 12:00pm. Memorial Service at 12:00pm. You are encouraged to share your fondest memories. Randy was greatly loved and will be dearly missed.
