Ronald Allen Hopkins, a native and resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center at the age of 67 after an extended stay due to God needing to have a little talk with him about some rules before he entered the pearly gates. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl F. Hopkins and Gladys Hall Hopkins; two brothers, John E. Hopkins and Michael L. Hopkins. Ronald is survived by his aunt, Sadie Pearl Jones and cousin, Kay Smith; his former wives, Dianne Hopkins and Claudia Ann Hopkins Anthony; his three daughters, Misty Hopkins Bunch and husband Daryl, Jennifer Hopkins and Jessica Hopkins Gaspard and husband Craig; stepson, Jeremy Smith; nieces, Kimberly Muscarello, Sara Smith and Donna Hopkins; three grandchildren, Nicholas Stout, Ronald Sullivan OuldSalha and Abbigail Bunch. Paw Paw to many others. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Friday April 29, 2016 from 12 pm-2 pm. Funeral services will begin at 2pm. Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
