The picture and dog tags Roy shared with me from our father have been daily reminders of our common link.  My sons were able to visit with Roy Jr. a few years back at the Bass Pro Shop.  I told the boys, "This is what your grandpa looks like"  and I pointed at Roy Jr.  He was puzzled and said, "No, you look more like dad than I do."  I want you to know that my Dad should be proud of how my boys John and Tommy grew up.  John is pursuing his PhD in religious studies and Tommy is a Civil Engineer in Tennessee.  They are good boys and they have little boys and girls of their own.   I am proud to be the son of Roy Erwin Jones, Sr.
