Ruby was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be greatly missed. Her family was the center of her world, and she dedicated her life to caring for and supporting them with endless love, strength, and compassion. She found great joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren, creating memories they will treasure for a lifetime.
A woman of deep and abiding faith, Ruby loved the Lord with all her heart. She was a faithful member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, where she served, worshipped, and lived out her Catholic Christian faith. As part of her over 60 years of serving at St. Alphonsus, her unwavering commitment to her faith and parish community was recognized through her induction into the St. Alphonsus Hall of Fame.
Ruby will be remembered for her warm smile, generous heart, and the love she freely gave to everyone she met. She is survived by her three children: Gerry Bellina, Cindy Keith (Mike), Marisa Villemarette (Bobby); grandchildren: Ashley Robbins (Brad), Jason Villemarette, Chris Hudson (Maria), Robbie Villemarette; eight great grandchildren: Chloe, Izzy and Caleb Robbins, Gabriella, Joshua and Ean Hudson, Bruce and Luke Villemarette. Also, brother-in-law Vin Guillot, sister-in-law Winnie Fernandez and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 70 years, Sam Bellina, beloved son, Sammy, parents, Freddie and Denise Charlet Fernandez; and siblings Hayward, Vincent and Fred Fernandez, Valerie Guillott, Barbara Falcon, and Mona George.
Relatives and friends are invited to St. Alphonsus Catholic Church for visitation on Saturday, July 18th 2026, beginning at 9:30AM until the funeral mass beginning at 11:00AM. Private burial will follow.
While her family mourns the loss of an extraordinary woman, they find comfort in knowing that Ruby is now at peace in the presence of her Savior. Her legacy of faith, love, and devotion will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
The family extends its heartfelt gratitude to Clarity Hospice for the loving, compassionate, and exceptional care they provided Ruby during her final years.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the St. Alphonsus St. Vincent De Paul food pantry.
