A resident of Baton Rouge, she passed away on Wednesday, July 21, 2010. Born on October 26, 1930 in Brusly, La, she was 9. She is survived by two sons, James Douglas Henderson and wife Jeannie of Lafayette, and William Edward (Bill) Henderson of Port Royal Virginia; one daughter, Donna Kaye Jester and her husband Tommy; three grandchildren, Justin Henderson and his wife Tesha of Houston, TX, Vicki Henderson of Alexandria, La, and Kimberly Jester of Baton Rouge, La. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Julius Edward (Jay) Henderson, Jr. Visitation will be at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Saturday, July 31, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. until religious services at 2 pm.
