A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and being a die-hard LSU fan. She died at 11:05 p.m.Monday, Dec. 4, 2006, at Sherwood Manor Nursing Home. She was 96, a resident of Baton Rougesince 1949, and a native of Mansura. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years of marriage, Cleve Bordelon. Surviving are a daughter, Jane Baudry; son, Ronnie Bordelon; grandchildren and their spouses, Cleve Bordelon, Chris and Stacey White, Laura Baudry, and Scott and Shelly Bordelon; special family friend, Betty Kelley; sisters, Annette Bordelon and Doris Saucier; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church on Thursday, Dec. 7, from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., with the Rev. Vic Messina, celebrant.
