A native of Naples (Avoyelles Parish) and resident of Destrehan died at 3:28 pm on Thursday, August 22, 2013. She was 97 and a former long time resident of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East chapel, 11000 Florida Blvd, on Monday, August 26, from 10 am until religious services at noon conducted by the Deacon Harry Schexnayder. Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Sarah is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Dolores and Tommy Vitrano of Destrehan; two granddaughters, Christine V. Dupre and husband Chris and Kimberley N. Hardy; three grandsons, James Neese, III, Jeffrey Vitrano and wife Katie and Daniel Vitrano and wife Julie; one brother, Frank D. Feduccia, Jr; and six great-grandsons. She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Neese, Sr.; son, James C. "Jimmy" Neese, Jr.; two sisters, Frances F. Grassman and Marie F.
