Sherry Haldeman Fair

Sherry was a devoted wife for over 53 years, including 33 years of creating loving homes around the world while her husband, Leland served in the US Army. She was also a caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother who was always available to offer encouragement and support. Sherry was preceded in death by her husband, Col. Leland B. Fair. She is survived by her children: Christina Fair Williford her husband Richard, Leslie Fair Stork and her husband Donald, Deborah Fair Launey and William Richard Fair and his wife Takako; grandchildren Alan Williford, Shae Lynn Williford, Erica Washkill, Jessica Johnson, Benjamin Stork, Rebecca Stork, Sherry Misuzu Fair, Sophia Minami Fair; great-grandchildren, Adam & Aubrey Washkill , Marie, Averie and Baylor Johnson, Noah and Ulysses Williford and siblings Lynn Engelage Pool and Jack Engelage. A Memorial Service was held on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at 11:00 am at the House of Grace, 32956 LA Hwy 16, Denham Springs, LA 70706. Sherry will be inurned next to her husband at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
