

Stacey Silvio Culpepper, 37, a resident of Coushatta and a native of Baton Rouge, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2011, at LSU Medical Center, Shreveport, as a result of an ATV accident. Stacey lives on within those she gifted with her organs. Stacey is survived by her husband, Adam Culpepper; father and mother, Joseph A. and Connie M. Silvio; son, Benjamin Holcomb; two stepchildren, Bailey and Gavin Culpepper; two sisters and their husbands, Shelley and Paul Bordelon, and Jodi and Ron LeSage; uncles and aunts, Lucas Silvio, Anna Marie Silvio, Theresa and Ron Rinker, Marie Maranto, Faye Silvio and Katherine Gravatt, Joe Dillard and Nancy Dillard; nieces and nephew, Hayden DeBate, Emma Rose Bordelon and Marlee LeSage; also by numerous cousins. Stacey is also survived by grandmother, Jewel Reeves; aunts and uncles, Betty Procel, Watson Stewart, Thelma Stewart, Janie Stewart and Jolena Bonnett. Stacey was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Herrell and Doris Dillard; paternal grandparents, John and Rosie Silvio; and numerous aunts and uncles. Visitation at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., on Friday, June 3, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a rosary service at 6:30 p.m. Visitation at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church on Saturday, June 4, from 9:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., with the Rev. Michael Moroney, celebrant. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Carlin Silvio, Arthur Gibbs, Ricky Marshall, Joey Dillard, Bobby Silvio and Hayden DeBate. Stacey was a 1992 graduate of Redemptorist High School and attended Southeastern Louisiana University, Hammond.
