Stephen Putnam Moore, Jr. went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the age of 35. Stephen is survived by his son, Caiden Montgomery; mother, Rosemarie Dozier; brother, Michael Dozier; sister, Stephanie Patrick; grandmother, Rose Colon; step-grandfather, Victor Colon; Uncles, Neal Dozier (Kym) and Keith Dozier (Jennifer); and numerous cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Stephen Putnam Moore, Sr.; and grandfather, Rudolph P. Dozier. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 7 p.m.
