"Stephen W. Sanders, age 56, of Hueytown, AL passed away February 13, 2017. He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Nell Sanders; and his brother Michael Sanders. Steve was an accomplished musician who played bass guitar in several bands. He loved all types of music, but especially blue grass. He is survived by the love of his life, Stephanie Soma; children, Daniel Sanders, Meredith Waymire (Josh), and Rachel Sanders, all of Baton Rouge, LA.; father, Kenneth Sanders of Hueytown, Al.; several extended family and friends. The visitation will be Monday, February 20, 2017 from 9:00 AM until religious services at 10:00 AM at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East Chapel, 11000 Florida Blvd. Burial will be at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
