A loving husband, father and grandfather, loved by his family and friends, his jokes and sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him. He was 55, a native of Cannonsburg, Pa., and a resident of Baton Rouge. He died unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 15, 2009, at Ochsner Medical Center. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Friday, April 17, from 5 p.m. until memorial service at 7 p.m. Survived by his wife, Bonnie Cook, of Baton Rouge; three daughters, Katie Koehn, of Cape Coral, Fla., Stacie Cook and Kellie Cook, both of Baton Rouge; a sister, Colleen Smith, of Cary, N.C.; brother, Tom Cook, of Tampa, Fla.; and a granddaughter, Emily Koehn.
