Travis is survived by his father, Blaine Guidry, and his grandmother, Teresa Lange Walker, and aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Shelli Guidry; his grandparents, Claude and Rosemary Guidry; and Theodore Lange, and Exine and Charles D. Whiteman.
He will be deeply missed and forever loved by his family and friends and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Though his life was unexpectedly cut short, the memories, love, and moments he shared with those around him will remain in their hearts forever.
Rest peacefully, Travis. You were loved, and you will be missed.
