A resident of Baton Rouge since age 3, Victoria died in Baton Rouge on Thursday, August 16, 2012 after a short illness. She was born on August 27, 1944 in Abergavenny, Wales and was a former employee of the Louisiana State Police Art Department. Victoria became a self-employed artist and author. She was preceded in death by her parents, George R. Davis, Jr. and Joyce Poyer-Williams Davis.
