Vincent Magliolo Jr.

Vincent “Cricket” Magliolo Jr. was born on October 12, 1938 in Independence, La. He died on January 12, 2014 as a resident of Baton Rouge, La. at the age of 75. He is survived by his loving and caring wife, Winifred K. Magliolo; daughters, Kathryn Marie Magliolo Richmond and husband John Richmond, Elizabeth Simone Magliolo, Stella Antoniette Magliolo Chance and husband Donnie Chance; one son, Thomas Christopher Magliolo and wife Jennifer Parsons Magliolo; two brothers, Anthony “Zeke” and Salvadore J. Magliolo; grandsons, Bradley Haigler, Derek Haigler, Donald Ray Chance III, John Chance, Michael Chance, Brett Chance; granddaughters, Sarah Beth Magliolo, Jenna Richmond. Preceeded in death by his father, Vincent T. Magliolo; mother, Marie Carreca Magliolo; and one brother, Joseph B. Magliolo. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 14, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and resume Wednesday January 15, from 8 a.m. until funeral service at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park. Thanks to the Life Source Hospice Service of Baton Rouge for the wonderful care they gave Vincent. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
