

Toby passed away peacefully at his home on September 01, 2015 at 11:00pm, at the age of 90. He was born in Corinth, Mississippi on April 14, 1925. Toby is survived by his wife Marie Hogan Bain of 68 years and son Willie Cleveland Bain, Jr.&wife Peggy McQueen Bain; and grandson, Jason Heath Butler. Toby is also survived by two brothers, Ranny and Reephus Bain, both of Corinth, Mississippi; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luke&Reathy Harris Bain; stepmother, Grace Baswell Bain; brothers, Garvin and Lindon Bain; and daughter, Shirley Spencer. Toby was a retired member of 63 years of Ironworkers Local Union 623, as well as past Business Manager and President of this Local. He also loved RVing and being in the outdoors and being around the water; also loved building houses and camps and selling them. Visitation will be held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East on Thursday from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Visitation will resume on Friday from 9:00am until the religious service at 11:00am, conducted by the Rev. Ron Turner. Interment will follow at Greensburg Cemetery (Greensburg, Louisiana) with Graveside Service at 1:30pm Friday. Pallbearers will be Michael Kilcrease, Gordon Daniel, Allen Lea, Bobby Meadors, David Bourke and Ernie Kelly. Honorary pallbearers are Joe Honeycutt, Douglas Kelly, Chip Bordelon, Rick Bordelon, Gary LeJeune and Herman Adams and the membership of Ironworkers Local Union 623. The family would like to thank Life Source Hospice, especially nurses Damein, Lorraine and Joanne for their loving care until the end.
