A native and resident of Baton Rouge died at The Carpenter House of St. Joseph Hospice on Thursday, June 20, 2013 at the age of 76. She was a long time resident of Flannery Oaks Nursing Home. Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East chapel, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Monday, June 24, from 10 a.m. until religious services at 11 a.m. conducted by the Rev. David Buss. Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. She is survived by two brothers, Charles O. Miller and wife Connie and their family and Norman R. Miller and wife Ann and their family. Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil R. Miller and Oda Mae Causey Miller; and a brother, Ernest Miller.
