Young Suk "Suki" Williams

Young Suk “Suki” Williams passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at the age of 79. She was born in Jeon Ju, Korea, and lived in Oxnard, CA before moving to Baton Rouge, LA in 1995. Although Suki was a quiet and reserved person, she was also very generous and would give assistance to anyone who needed it. She was a meticulous and organized person, who continuously looked out for the comfort of others and always put other people’s interests above her own. Suki is survived by her husband of 27 years, Wiley M. Williams; step-children, Wiley Reginald Williams (Darlene), and Craig Jerrod Williams (Jocelyn); step-grandchildren, Shelea, Nathaniel, Angelina, Eric, Patrick, and Christopher; step-great-grandchildren, Jayden, and Serenity; siblings, Kichan Yi (Chun), Young Ju Macht (Kevin), Young Ok Stein (Glen), Young Pok Mullun (Harold), Young Rok Spears, and Ki Sok Yi; and a host of other family members. Suki is preceded in death by her son, Joey Siebold; and parents, Yong Yi and Un Paek. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA, on Saturday, December 23, 2023, from 9am until the time of funeral services at 10am. Burial will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
