Milagros Ortiz Arzola falleció el 5 de abril de 2026 a los 90 años, habiendo nacido el 21 de diciembre de 1935, y residía en Bayamón, Puerto Rico.

Le sobreviven sus hijos, Carlos Juan Guzmán Ortiz y Luis Guzmán Ortiz.

El Servicio Funeral Capilla 3 se llevará a cabo el 9 de abril de 2026, de 1:00 pm a 10:00 pm.

El Sepelio Cementerio Porta Coeli se realizará el 10 de abril de 2026.
