Alice Dee Steed

Alice “Dee” Steed, 84, of Baytown passed away Sunday February 4, 2007 in Webster. She was born in Mansfield, LA December 16, 1922. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church. She was a wonderful mother to her own three children and many others

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lonie Steed; parents, William and Iva Arnold; brothers, George Arnold and William Gideon Arnold.

She is survived by her children, Billy Steed and wife Connie, Arnold Steed and wife Nicole, Mary Kouba and husband Bill; grandchildren, Daniel Kouba and wife Rene, Stephen Kouba, Theresa Kouba, Lori Kouba, Laura Steed, Cathryn Steed; great grandson, James Steed; sister, Fannie Mae Watson; brothers, Jim Arnold and wife Eva Jean, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral services are scheduled for Thursday 10:00 a.m. at Grace United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Karl Tewold. Burial will be 3:30 p.m. at Chilton Cemetery in Chilton, TX.
