Cheryl,Jodie,and Chris -- I was shocked to learn of Alan's passing.  I remember the times when Jason lived at your pool and the boys played football all afternoon on Sundays.  God bless you all.  I am thinking about you and wishing you all the very best at this difficult time.

Mrs. Tomlinson, Jodie, and Chris--  I am so sorry for your loss.  Coach Tomlinson was one of the nicest men I knew. Always had a smile on his face.  I started coaching my son this year and modeled how I coach after he and Jerry Mack coached us during those years at the North League. He was a true role model and I respected him very much.

Cheryl it is with deep regret that I learned of Allen's death. He and I were friends for most of our lives. He will be greatly missed. He was a friendly, outgoing, and caring person. He always had a smile. My prayers are with you and all of your family.

Rather than dwell on the great sadness brought on by the loss of Allen we need to remember the happiness, joy, friendship and love that he gave to everyone.  He shall be forever remembered for those reasons by all who knew him.  Rest in peace friend and neighbor.

Dear Cheryl and family, It's been a long time since we have communicated, but I do remember Allen with good thoughts.  He was best friends with Allen Hines when I was dating him in high school.  Those were good memories.  Sorry to hear of his passing.  Cheryl we spent all of elementary and jr. high as friends, those were also good memories. We're sorry to hear of the loss of Allen.  I knew him in High School and Lee College.  He was a friend of mine and I consider it a blessing to have known him. Our condolences,best wishes for You All.

Wow! I have not seen Allen since right after High School. I played soooo much baseball with this man and what a baseball player he was. He always had a smile on his face which lit up the room and he would give you the shirt off his back.I KNEW with Allens strong foundation his journey in life would be successful. I still can't believe he's gone.  Allen was our friend and neighbor (about 38 years). Allen was a most loved person.  I never heard anyone say a bad thing about him (as someone said, ""if they say anything bad about him, they're lying).  He was a good husband, father, grandfather, friend, and neighbor.  He would help anyone, give anyone anything. Maybe God needed a really good angel more than we did, well, he got the best. We will miss him, his smile, his homemade ice cream, and just being around him.  God bless his family.
