Angelina Claudio Rodriguez

Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband Arturo J. Rodriguez, her son-in-law Frank "Gino" Herrlein, and her son-in-law Alfonso Alaniz. Also preceding her in death were her three sisters Lupe C. Rodriguez, Beatrice C. Baquera, and Benita C. Montalvo.

Surviving Angelina are her children: Iris J. Alaniz, Diana Herrlein, Tito Rodriguez and wife Amy, and Gilbert Rodriguez and wife Lisa; Grandchildren: Megan McCalla and husband Matt, Gilbert "Spike" Rodriguez and wife Taylor, Sarah Galindo and husband Robert, and seven great grandchildren, Ava, Olivia, Leah, Winston, Clark, Ameliana and Moriah.

Angelina is also survived by a host of extended family and friends who loved her dearly,

Angelina married her beloved husband, Arturo J. Rodriguez, and made their home in Baytown, TX, where they reared their children. Angelina worked for many years as a bookkeeper and secretary in her husband's self-employed business, Rodriguez Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

As a young teenager, Angelina played short-stop on her school’s baseball team. She spoke of it with fond memories and was an avid fan of the Houston Astros. She enjoyed her weekly WWE shows with her husband, and you knew not to call during those times. Angelina loved to cook and bake. Everyone enjoyed walking into her home and smelling the aroma of her delicious cooking, and she fed many of her children's friends over the years. She had a gift for welcoming everyone and making them feel special and looked forward to spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed tending to her garden and flowers. Later in life, Angelina looked forward to participating in Arts and Crafts and Bingo at the Waterford at Baytown Senior Living.

We were blessed with a beautiful Mother, as she dedicated her home to her faith, always having the Family Bible open, and a candle lit, passing her strong faith on to her family.

A Funeral will be held at St John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 800 W Baker Rd, Baytown, TX 77521, US, on November 10, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. A Graveside will be held at Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8624 Garth Road, Baytown, TX 77521, US, on November 10, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.
