Aureliano was born on May 3, 1940 in Quitupan Jalisco, to Ramiro and Elodia Cardenas. On Saturday August 17, 2019 Aureliano Aguilera Cardenas, loving husband, father of 15 children, grandfather, great-grandfather. Passed away at the age of 79, surrounded by his whole family. Aureliano was always loving, strong, hard working and an ambitious man. He was a survivor of his father at the age of three in Mexico. His mother a widow with three boys at the age of nineteen. He had to work from a very young age herding goats, too poor to go to school and never learned to read or write. He married young to Margarita Cardenas Santiago and was widowed by the age of thirty with seven children. He remarried a year later to Maria De Jesus García Cardenas and had three more children, before migrated to the United States. Where he worked very hard to make a living and bring his children one by one to the USA. He had five more children once he was settled in. Aureliano was always a great provider, role model, mentor, firm in his decisions towards his family, but a very noble human being. He loved his family and he cherished the quality time spent with them. He enjoyed fishing, camping, picnics at the lakes, barbecuing every Friday and working in his garden, where he grew vegetables, fruits and beautiful flowers. Aureliano is proceded in death by his mother Elodia Aguilera Garcia, his father Ramiro Cardenas, his first wife Margarita Santiago, daughter Hilda Cardenas, son Aurelio Cardenas. Survived by his wife Maria De Jesus Garcías Cardenas, daughters, sons, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
