Barbara Ann Harman

Barbara Ann Harman, a life-long resident of Baytown, TX, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2017 surrounded by her family. Barbara was born in Saratoga, TX on January 2, 1935 to Luther and Nita Vee Rollins. In March of 1952 she married the love of her life, Gene Harman.

Barbara was a lifetime member of the Baytown Youth Fair. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, playing dominos and cooking. Her greatest joy was her family.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Nita Vee Rollins; brother, Bobby Rollins; her grandparents; and great-great-grandchild, Levi Fletcher.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Gene Harman; son, Robert Harman and wife Patricia, daughters, Teresa Stutes and Cindy Rankin; grandchildren, Shay Harman, Kaci Harman, Laci Crawford and husband Brandon, Heidi Dickens and husband Don, Heather Stutes and Bo Snelson, Chris Rankin and wife Ida, and Gena Utzman and husband Chris; great-grandchildren, Tanner Dickens, Bailey Dickens, Caleb Stutes, Caitlynn Snelson, Coleby Fletcher, Tyler Fletcher and fiancé Harley, and Kayleigh Utzman; brothers, Alvin Rollins and wife Velma and Jerry Rollins and wife Eunice.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to all the caregivers that took care of Mrs. Harman for the past three years.

Honoring the family as pallbearers will be Tanner Dickens, Don Dickens, Caleb Stutes, Tyler Fletcher, Coleby Fletcher and Chris Utzman. Honorary pallbearers will be James Massengale and Harvey Sjolander.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at Earthman Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 17, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Earthman Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Masonic Lodge Cemetery, Baytown, TX.
