

Betty Shepherd Cumming, 69, of Mont Belvieu was born January 10, 1944 in Baytown and passed away Friday, February 1, 2013 in a local hospital. She was a 1962 Graduate of Robert E. Lee High School and was a member of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed playing dominoes and gambling.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Bernice Shepherd. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Debra K. Williams of Waco and Terry and Judy Williams of Dayton; sisters, Sandra Cochran of Mont Belvieu and Michae Davis of Dayton; brothers and sister-in-law, Ivy Shepherd of Baytown and Joseph and Glenda Shepherd of Covington; grandchildren, Michael Williams, Cassie Sindle, Devin Williams, and Christopher Williams; and numerous great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Palms Memorial Park on Highway 146 approximately 2 miles South of Dayton with Rev. Mike Neal officiating.
Serving as pallbearers will be her sons, grandsons, and Kent Cochran.
