Bobby Massengale

Bobby Massengale, 56, of Baytown was born March 11, 1959, in Baytown and passed away Monday, November 16, 2015, in a local hospital. He was a 1977 graduate of Ross S. Sterling High School and attended Second Baptist Church. He was a member of the Baytown Chamber of Commerce and ACIT and was the founder of the Baytown BBQ cook off which helps raise money for the Baytown Youth Livestock Show. He loved his children, hunting, fishing, auto racing, and work.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Priscilla Massengale; brothers, Bubba Massengale and Tommy Massengale; and father-in-law, Billy Mitchell. He is survived by his wife, Steffani Massengale and sons, Bobby Massengale and McKade Massengale, all of Baytown; daughters and sons-in-law, Maci and Levi Gansky, Heather and Rob Orchard, and Mackenzie Massengale, all of Crosby; parents, James and Jean Ann Massengale of Baytown; brothers and sisters-in-law, Donnie and Rhonda Massengale and Timmy and Denice Massengale, all of Baytown, Jamie and Cynthia Isaacks and Jason and Lori Isaacks, all of Mont Belvieu and Joel and Kristen Isaacks of Baytown; grandchildren, Taylor and Brayden Gansky and Brenton and Lane Orchard; mother-in-law, Sue Mitchell; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Karl and Donna Mitchell of Baytown and Staci and Brent Thompson of Katy; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Saturday, November 21, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at Second Baptist Church, 6227 N. Main St., Baytown, TX 77521, with Rev. Tommy Clements officiating. Burial will follow at White Cemetery in Highlands.

Serving as pallbearers will be Doug Going, Jack Adcox, Ricky Martin, Kenny Johnson, Randy Ford, and Clay Robbins.
