Bonita Delozier

Bonita Delozier, 82, of Baytown, TX was born December 21, 1927 in Bartlesville, OK and passed away Monday, April 5, 2010 at her home. She was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church for over 50 years and the Order of the Eastern Star Cedar Bayou Chapter #11, where she held several offices. She loved flowers, growing her vegetable garden, her animals (wild and tame) and bank fishing.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray Spalding and Trudy Tucker Spalding. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Donald Delozier of Baytown; son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Jennie Delozier of Huntington; sister and brother-in-law, Rowena and Harold Smith of Collinssville, OK; grandchildren and their spouses, Becky and Anthony Leakey of Richmond and Daron and Deana Delozier of Baytown; great grandsons, Jordon and Keaton Delozier of Baytown; cousin, Bessie Forrest of Copan, OK; and numerous nieces, nephews and other cousins.

Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Friday, April 9, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Don Lewis officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in the Stokes Cemetery in Bartlesville, OK.
