Charlene Proctor, 71, born May 4, 1935 stepped from this world into the warm embrace of Our Lord on May 18, 2006. She is survived by her domestic partner John Bailey, daughters; Jacque Wiggins of Mt. Belvieu and Penny Miller of Baytown, TX, sons; Willis Proctor and wife Laura of Lyman, Wyoming and Steven Proctor.
Her legacy in this life will be carried on by 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren who each possess a unique part of her.
Her since of humor and caring spirit will be missed by all who knew her and loved her.
A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 25, 2006 at The Outreach Church of Christ, 10627 Langston, Mt. Belvieu, TX.
