He was born in Baytown, September 19, 1973 to Burlen and Louise Ratliff. He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School and attended Lee College. Clint worked as a process operator in the chemical industry for many years.
In his free time, Clint enjoyed antiquing and scouring resale shops for interesting items. He had a passion for classic automobiles, particularly his 1978 “Smokey and the Bandit” Trans Am that he owned until shortly before his passing. Clint loved the outdoors, including camping, ATV riding, floating the river, and spending time with family.
Clint was preceded in death by his father, Burlen Ratliff.
He is survived by his mother, Louise Ratliff; sons, Cody Ratliff and Jacob Ratliff; daughter, Merrissa Newport; brother, Marlon Ratliff and his wife Georganne and their children Brandon and Loriann; sister, Vicky Ratliff and her daughters Megan and Sarah; brother, Mark Ratliff and his wife Donna and their daughter Lillian; sister, Margret Holder and her sons Jakob and Eryk; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Clint was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle and friend. His loss to those who loved him is immeasurable and he will be greatly missed.
