She is preceded in death by her father, Cecilio Torres and her grandson, Nick Valdes.
Survivors include her mother, Nieves Torres; brother, Luis Torres; Children, Cecilia, Alma, Rosa, Jose, and Brad; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 10:00 am at Navarre Funeral Home with family and friends sharing their memories. A graveside service will follow at Cedarcrest Cemetery.
