

Dale Robert Hollandsworth, 53, of Baytown, crossed over into Gloryland, Wednesday, January 4, 2006. He was born November 13, 1952 in Phoenix, Arizona. He worked at Southwest Airlines as a Ramp Agent and TWU District safety officer. He was a member of New Hope Primitive Baptist Church in Beaumont, Texas. He served as a demolition expert in the First Airborne 505th Infantry Division.
He was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Joanna Hollandsworth; brother, Stephen Hollandsworth.
He is survived by his wife, Suzanne Hollandsworth; daughter, Krista Ruth Hollandsworth; sisters, Debbie Hartman and husband Gary, Janis Rupp and husband Cliff.
His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A graveside service is scheduled for Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas, officiated by Brother Mike Rhodes.
Serving as pallbearers will be David Blackshear, Robin Blackshear, Danny Blackshear, Tex Blackshear, Mark Blackshear, and Travis McCall.
He touched the lives of all who knew him. He loved his extended family and always looked forward to spending time with them.
