Darie Miller, 87, of Montgomery, TX, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2011 in Montgomery. She was born February 24, 1924 in Pricilla, TX. Mrs. Miller, formerly of Baytown, was a member of Cedar Bayou Baptist Church and was a retired beautician.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, John Doyle ""J.D."" Miller and granddaughter, Lisa Harrison. Survivors include her daughter, Juanita Hassell of Montgomery; son, John Dennis ""J.D."" Miller of Baytown; grandchildren, Angela and Bill German and Michele Hassell; great-grandchildren, Jamie and Adam Schneider, Jonathan Taylor and Emma and Hadley German; great-great-grandchild, Braeley Schneider and a nephew Joe T. Shelton.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Union Cemetery in Freestone County.
