Delton Goodin

Delton T. Goodin, 89, of Baytown was born April 14, 1927, in Seminole, OK and passed away Monday, June 13, 2016, in Baytown. He was a U. S. Army veteran, a retired professor at Lee College, and a member of the Audubon Society.

Delton was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Ethel Goodin; daughter, Dena Sue Goodin; and brothers, Weldon and Eldon Goodin. He is survived by his wife, Gladys Goodin; daughter and son-in-law, Lu and Dennis Litton; sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Sarah Goodin and Mark and Loretta Goodin; grandchildren, Alexander Bransford and wife Elaine, Jill Bunch and husband Clifton, Brooke Boaz and husband Brandon, Jennifer Simmons and husband Mike, Erica Finley and husband Derek, and Felicia Wadsworth and husband Chris; great grandchildren, Haven, Cooper, Brady, Grace, Josie, Caleb, Miles, and soon to arrive Lillian; and sisters-in-law, Bea Goodin and Joan Goodin.

His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Wednesday, June 15, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 16, 2016.
