Edmond Lavel Treadwell

Edmond L Treadwell of Highlands, TX was born in Fitzgerald, GA to Edmond Lee and Annie Bell Treadwell on October 13, 1939. He passed on from this life, to be in Heaven with his Savior on September 23, 2017.

Edmond was a graduate of Fitzgerald High School. He enlisted in the United States Navy in 1956 and served as RMSR Operator. He was awarded a National Defense Service Medal and was discharged from duty in 1968. He earned his Master Electrical Journeyman License, and retired.

He is preceded in death by parents, Edmond Lee and Annie Bell Treadwell; brother, Warren Lee Treadwell; and step-son, James Darrell Cupp.

He is survived by brother, Bobby Johnson of Texas; daughter, Stephanie Anne Treadwell Cotton of Booneville, Arkansas and her children (Bethany Marie Brewer, Sabre Roseanne Treadwell, Nathaniel Christian Cotton, and Shannon Renee Clarke); son, Terry L Treadwell of Fitzgerald, Georgia and his children (Mark Treadwell and Randi Jenkins and their children); great-grandchildren, Emmy Nichole Treadwell, Hannah and April Tipton, and Victor Balkin Jr). Edmond is also survived by numerous 'adopted' children, and grandchildren that he loved as much is if they were his own. He was very much loved in this life and will never be forgotten.

Memorial Service to be held for family and friend at Earthman Funeral Home in Baytown, TX on September 27, 2017 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
