Edna White, 87, of Baytown was born February 18, 1920 in Aspermont, TX and passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2007 in a San Antonio hospital. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and was a retired Goose Creek School District teacher.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy White and is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Betty Allega of Bryan and Mary and Gilbert Alcorta of San Antonio and grandchildren, Sam Allega and Hayden Allega, both of Bryan and Cheyenne Alcorta and Montana Alcorta, both of San Antonio.
Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Friday, October 5, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Karl Tewold officiating. Burial will follow at Cedarcrest Cemetery.
