Edward Lee ""Ed Ferguson

Edward Lee ""Ed"" Ferguson, 67, of Baytown, TX was born November 5, 1948, in Baytown and passed away Monday, April 4, 2016, at his home surrounded by his loved ones. Ed retired from the Exxon Refinery with 30 years of service. He was also a member of the BHISD School Board from 1990 until 1996 and was a member of Second Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon until his death. Ed or ""Doo Daddy"" could always be seen either riding around on his motorcycle or with his beloved dog, Sweetie Pie.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Robert Ferguson and his first wife and the mother of his children, Carol Ferguson. He is survived by his wife, Debra Albright Ferguson; children, Amy Kubala and husband, Dave, Ross Ferguson and fiancé, Rachel Kilmer, Allera Porter and husband, Mark, and Zach Hall and wife, Grayson; mother, Rachel Loriene Ferguson; grandchildren, James and Luke Kubala, Madison and Hunter Porter, and Carter Hall; and numerous other family members and friends.

His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Wednesday, April 6, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 7, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Clements and Rev. Mark Stafford officiating.

His family would like to say a special ""thank you"" to Dr. P. Medellin, Dr. S. Iyer, Dr. Pingali, the eighth floor staff at Houston Methodist Hospital, Harbor Hospice, caretakers Jessica, Georgia, and Christy, and his good friend Greg Garrett.
