sister, aunt, friend, and Houston Astros fan. Despite life-long health complications leaving her
with various disabilities, Ella never let her health hold her back from living a full life. She always
looked forward to baseball season, never missing a chance to cheer on her beloved Houston
Astros. One of the most memorable hallmarks of Ella’s generosity was how she always mailed
greeting cards, never missing a holiday but sometimes she just wanted to tell you she was
thinking of you. You could always find her in Galveston during Mardi Gras weekend collecting
beads to share with her loved ones and she would have made a strong contender in earning the
World Record for owning the largest stuffed animal collection even though she was always
sharing and donating. Her hobbies included coloring, playing carnival games, camping out for
Astros freebies, and driving all around in her car, especially to her favorite place, Galveston
Island. Ella will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
