Enafael Cruz

Enafael “Nafa” Cruz, 71, of Baytown, Texas, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 27. He was born on July 17, 1942 the son of Sabas and Ofelia Cruz in El Soliseno, Tamaulipas, Mexico. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Mr. Cruz’s favorite hobbies were hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his father; his son, Isaias Cruz; and his sister, Rosa Ponce.

He is survived by his loving wife, Margarita Cruz; 8 Children, Enafael Jr., Efrain, Yesenia, Veronica, Leticia, Gricel, David Cruz, and Loreli Puentes; 28 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; his mother; 10 siblings, Servando Cruz, Fidela Villarreal, Armandina Garcia, Arminda Robles, Aurora Quintero, Olga Morales, Hilda Sauceda, Ignacio Cruz, Maria Rios, Sabas Cruz Jr.; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Family will be receiving friends Monday, December 30 from 5 to 9 PM with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Earthman Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Rd., Baytown, Texas 77521. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 31 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Earthman Funeral Home in Baytown. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8624 Garth Rd., Baytown, TX 77521.
