Floride Jean Sonnenberg

She was born October 8, 1921 in Garrett, Indiana to her late Parents: Cony Clark and Maude Conrad Clark and had resided in Baytown since 1953.

She was a member of the Victory Temple United Pentecostal Church in LaPorte and a retired Administrative Assistant to the Plant Manager at Diamond Shamrock after 30 years of service to the company. She will be well remembered for her pie baking and was “Best Cook on the Block” five years ago after her pie baking was discovered by her neighbors who nominated her.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, July 5, 2007 at the Navarre Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Baytown with Rev. Jackie King Officiating.

She is survived by: Husband: Timothy O. Sonnenberg of Baytown; Sons: Tim C. Sonnenberg and his wife Kathy of Gatesville and Corliss L. Sonnenberg and his wife Peggy of Graham; Grandchildren: Andy Sonnenberg and his wife Ruth, Timothy Sonnenberg, Troy Sonnenberg, J. P. Sonnenberg and Tony Sonnenberg and Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by: Parents: Cony Clark and Maude Conrad Clark; Sisters: Esther Vice and Doris Bogner and Brothers: Don Clark and Max Clark.

There will be a Private Family Interment.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your choice in memory of Floride Sonnenberg.
