Gary Stephen Odom, Jr., age 53, of Needville, Texas went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. He was born in Baytown, Texas on January 12, 1972 to Gary S. Odom, Sr. and Janet Chandler Odom.
Gary had a career as a Master Electrician for over 30 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors, spending time with family, his dogs, grilling, and enjoying life.
He is preceded in death by his father Gary Odom, Sr., stepsons Wade and Jeff, and grandparents Matt and June Odom, and Ruby Porter and Charlie Chandler.
Gary is survived by his mother Janet Odom; daughter Meagan Seward and husband Josh; his grandchildren Eden and Luke Seward; his ex-wife Pam Harrell Odom; his sister June Culver and husband Mike; his brother Matt Odom; his nephews Carson Odom and Cade Culver; his nieces Sydnie Odom and Caroline Sagraves and her husband Josh; and his girlfriend Edie Allison; also numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Friends are invited to a visitation with the family from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2025 in the chapel at Navarre Funeral Home, 2444 Rollingbrook Drive in Baytown. A Celebration of Gary's Life will immediately follow the visitation, also in the chapel at Navarre Funeral Home. The interment will follow, via funeral procession to Cedarcrest Cemetery, 3010 Ferry Road, Baytown, Texas, 77520.
Pallbearers will be: Carson Odom, Josh Seward, Mike Culver, Eddie Jones, Troy Burton, and Randy Ripkowski.
