Ginger loved spending her time shopping and traveling, and thoroughly enjoyed fishing with her husband, Larry. An animal lover, she always kept various dogs, birds, and fish. She adored her schnauzers and spoiled them rotten. Ginger also had a green thumb, loved to garden and work with flowers. She was so gifted at this, when she lived in Saudi Arabia she taught her neighbors that you can, in fact, grow plants in the desert.
Ginger was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Bethel Burnett; son, Tony Allen Russell and sister, Rebecca Ann Burnett Palmer. She is survived by her husband, Larry A. Russell; son, Mark Russell; daughters, Autum Dugat and husband, Eularian, Summer Ogg and husband, J.W.; daughter-in-law, Liz Russell; grandchildren, Amber Widmier and husband, Geoff, Erica Postoak and husband, Aaron, Aaron Paul Dugat, Devin Street, John Street, Sophie Ogg, Britney Russell and Kayla Russell and three great-grandchildren, Garner, Parker and Harper.
A visitation will be held Thursday, December 26, 2013 from 5:00p.m.-7:00p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home 2444 Rollingbrook Dr. Baytown TX 77521. Funeral Services will also be held at Navarre Funeral Home Friday, December 27, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. with burial to follow at Cedarcrest Cemetery.
