You have been my second Mom for almost a decade! I will always remember your soft hands, your beautiful skin, your perfume, your contagious laugh, even the side eye look you gave us when we were in trouble! You gave the best skincare advice. You always got onto me for not wearing sunscreen, especially when I’d get sunburned. I will always remember all the times I called you when I needed help with a recipe. I make the BEST spaghetti, all thanks to you! I’m sad I never got the one for your cherry delight! I will miss you forever. I will miss the road trips. I will miss just showing up at the house w/ pizza & watching movies w/ you! I will miss your hugs! I’ll miss picking you for the family “Secret Santa” & stressing out because I never knew what to get for you!
The thing I will miss the most is watching you stand on the front porch, waiving bye to us as we pulled out of your driveway! You’d waive until we couldn’t see you any more. I love you Madre! 

My deepest condolences to you and your family, Lauren. Your mom was such a caring woman, I remember all the weekends I spent at your house and all the times your mom let you take her suburban to drive an hour just to pick me up so I could spend the night at your house 🤗 she told me I was always welcomed at her house, I’m sure we gave her a few headaches with all our shenanigans we got into! I love you, Lauren! You and your family are in my prayers, I’m so very sorry for your sudden loss . 

I'm so very sorry and my deepest condolences, I met her when Eric and Adam were in school, I remember we were setting out in the garage and just talking and laughing.. And talk about the kids having to run. 

From the first time i met you, to the last goodbye you’ve always had a special place in my heart. Thank you for being my nana and always making sure I was well taken care when i was w you. I’ll never forget your goofy caring character nana. I’m so proud of you. I love you 

To my beautiful and loving wife,  I am going to miss you dearly.  We met over 35 years ago and at first you thought I was crazy and a weird character because I didn't conform to or care about current fashion designs.  However, we did meet and stayed together ever since day 1, no looking back.  Like all married couples, we had our share of ups and downs, but we always had love.  We will be together again, save me a spot.  Say hello to your dad and mom as well as my dad.  Oh, don't forget Ben and Betty are going to insist you stop by to play cards with them.  We had a fabulous life together and I know you are still going strong and directing family traffic.  My relief is in knowing that you are now pain free.  Until we meet again, always in my heart and thoughts.  Love you

We are going to miss you so much. I'm definitely going to be sharing memories we had with the boys. I had the best time growing up & learning so much. Going through those woods & the amazing meals you made. You are apart of who I am today & I appreciate that.   I know you are happy with papal & grandma, now I have 4 amazing, strong & beautiful Angel's looking over us. Rest in peace we love you so much!

I won't tell you that it will get better but time can remove the sting out of your grief if you let it . So cry and allow yourselves to be comforted and give comfort to those around you but remember to let Gloria's light shine while celebrating and honoring her life by living yours. 



My heart goes out to Brad and Gloria's family..as well to her brothers and myself.  I knew my beautiful sister all my life.  We always were together through thick and thin. I have so many memories that I can't start with one which leads to another! She was always there for me and I for her. She brought happiness with her visits to her nieces and nephews and my grandchildren.  Rest in peace Gloria you were a best friend and loving sister ❤ 

There’s so many memories and good times I could write a book! I will always remember how you pushed us to never give up no matter how hard things got; you taught us to be strong. I’ll never forget working in the garden, how the tomato plants towered over us. I’ve never seen tomatoes that big before or since, green thumb or love and care you pushed them to give you the best, just like your kids. Hearing you sing and dance any chance you had fills my memories and brings the biggest smile to my face even through the tears. Even let the grandkids show you some moves in the kitchen; laughter and joy filling the room because of you. It never mattered where you were or who was around you shined, another lesson learned. I will surely miss your smile, your one of a kind laughter and your soft hands . You were like a firework. Nobody knew what they were going to get but no matter what you lit up the sky putting on your show! You will forever be a spark in every one of us, as your memory and love will continue to shine in our hearts.

I will miss you terribly my friend, you sitting with me when my husband was in ICU, it was a hard for me and you were right there.

I will really miss my good friend gloria. We had lost contact with each other for quite a few years but had recieved a call from brad letting us know gloria needed some help at her house. We fixed the problem and in return gloria cooked us a magnificent spanish rice and chicken dish. WE ATE ALL OF IT!! Following this i would call her to come pickup some produce we had here from the garden. She made some awesome picante sauce and met me at the gate to get it. She had always enjoyed gardening in the past but had not gardened this past summer. I had her talked into doing a small garden this coming spring. We texted to stay in touch as this da**# corona virus limited how much we could see each other. I will miss our garden and canning talks along with news  about our kids. She did mention how contented she was with her relationship with her daughter-in-law (adams wife). She never lost her sense of humor. She made me laugh. I am sooo glad our relationship had grown close again in these last 8 months. So sorry for all of our loss.  I will keep her in my thoughts. So long my old friend (20 plus years) i will see you again. XXOO

Always such a fun contagious person when we all got together. Learning more about Adam than what we wanted to know sometimes. Seeing her let loose was such a happy feeling! We will miss you and your joyous self, but we will bring you up more than ever!! We love you Nana. Till we see you again.

I always remembered us watching most of the basketball games when we were in high school and her asking questions and always rooting for the kids, and always wanting to cook food for everyone, I’m sorry for everyones lose, but she’s looking down on everyone, you will be missed Gloria Smith

The Garden! She was amazing a growing anything! Her little dances. She had some good moves.  Always on the move. Her strength and energy. Theirs a story of her feisty moments. But I'll keep that as a memory. Just know she definitely did not take anything. Including a wrong order made at McDonald's. All I know is our family has gained a strong garden angel.
